44ª Exposição Especializada Labrador

Gerardo Saldana CH. Zinfndel Brigham

I started my journey in the sport of pure-bred dogs over 30 years ago. Our foundation bitches came to us from our dear friend Carol Heidl from the Tabatha kennel. In the early 90’s a black named Tabatha’s Hideway at Zinfndel (CH. Tabatha’s Gadabout x Tabatha’s Siren) and later a yellow, CH. Tabatha’s Confection (CH. Dickendall Davaron Gable x CH. Tabatha’s Confetti). These two girls are behind all our current Labradors.
In this time period my wife and I have handled and bred many AKC champions. The High points thus far has been taking Best of Breed at the Labrador Retriever Club of Potomac. The largest Labrador Show in the world. As well as Winners Dog, Winners Bitch and Best In Sweepstakes on two occasions and have had great success at specialties across the country throughout the years. We have also been fortunate to have owned and bred some well known stud dogs throughout the years.
I was licensed to judge Labradors in 2016 and have judged in Canada, Mexico and across the United States. And I will be honored to judge the U.S Labrador Retriever Club National Specialty Show in 2020. Furthermore, I am humbled to be able to give back to the sport of pure-bred dogs whenever called upon and want to thank the Clube Paulista do Labrador for allowing me this opportunity to judge their show.
